Quote Help!
« on: March 01, 2009, 08:06:42 pm »
evening all. i'm after a little guidence and advice on a quote.

i usually clean one or 2 bed places but i have been asked for a quote on a "PROPER DEEP CLEAN" in a much larger place.

cleaning 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 large kitchen, 1 sitting area, hall stairs and landing. it would include cleaning all tiled areas, baths, showers, WCs, taps etc, one double oven, gas hob, 1 American Fridge, wiping downskirting boards, doors, door frames etc.

They would like a quote for Total Cost and Approx hours.

Thanks in advance for any replies

I know that for an empty 3 bed house on the navy estate near where I live, to be deepcleaned (Unfurnished), I would charge £250 to £300.... I always get undercut and a guy does it for £140...(Though he doesn't do such a good job alledgedly ;)) This would take a good 6 hours with me and a helper.

Some people will say that is too cheap and others will say I'm ripping people off. Don't undersell yourself whatever you do and good luck...
