Rod, they've been great with me; though I've never had to claim.

What's your problem with them?

All I can say is CHECK YOUR POLICY! What was said on the phone may not be what you've got.

Didn't do mine over the phone, but online.  I checked all the small print and it looks OK for me.

Someone ran into the back of my trailer last week and when I claimed on my 'all risks trailer policy' they said it was not covered while being towed! It's a trailer, what else would I be doing with it! Anyway, i'm now going to the Financial services ombudsman as I believe I was mis-sold a policy. They also told me they don't insure trailers!, that's after they sold me a policy for one! I've had a week of phone tennis with them and enough is enough! I've also now read my policy wording, all 63 pages of it, and it's got several contradictions so if you have got a policy with them check it thoroughly. I've also heard that several other people have had similar problems.
