Well,

As the post lacks actual english and grammer it is a bit hard to understand.

However I have generally got the gist of the post.

Now, either you cannot read plain english which is a basic skill before learning grammer or you are just having a swipe at someone that is not too great with english.

Replies and posts like this put others off posting, you may want to think about that.

Personally I am not very good with grammer (but learning) but I fully understand both, lucky really as we are in a people business ;)

As to reply to the post: No have never been in this situation, when employing one of the first things they are told is stealing will get you the sack and reported to the police.

Hope it does not affect your business to much.
If your not willing to learn, No one can help you, If you are determined to learn, No one can stop you ;)

Spot on Ian, i thought the same, leave the guy alone, If you are that intelligent i am sure you can work out what he said....

I would just leave it with the police, and perhaps send a letter of apology to neighbors and tell them he is fired and the police are handling it and they could speak to them too if they need, if you employ again perhaps get a CRB check (i think its CRB , correct if im wrong though :) ) to give your custys peace of mind....

I find your post quite insulting, have a little respect for someone who is at least willing to post, take a liitle time to read it, that's all it takes. ::)

To safe guard it doesnt happen again , although you cant completely safeguard anything.

i would pay a decent wage, get references and also get them crb checked, The old saying goes if someone looks dodgy, they probably are.

yes I had a guy working with me who without me knowing was checking what was in the backs of gardens(bikes, power tools etc) and in evenings he and a few of hes mates would go and help thereself. Only reason i found out was when I saw him rideing an expensive bike which he commented on from when working about how much it was worth. YES SACKED HIM FOR IT. now I like to work on my own as was so embarrising

if you dont want to get bored working as a 2 , then have one man work upstairs and the other downstairs ( you can alternate if you want , although i dont know why you would want to !! )
