Hi

Sta Kill from Stapro is a fantastic product.

You need something to eradicate the bacteria, you could also try Microsan.

The only real way to get rid of it for good is to replace the floor boards affected. It gets into the grain of the wood and is a nightmare to eliminate. By all means try all the products on the market, but replacing them is the only way we have found really cures this.

thankyou for all the replys guys i am going to get a black light and try and find the problem area and try some of the products, if that fails will have to replace the boards but at least they wont have to replace the whole floor if i can find the area which is contaminated.
thankyou again
