Pricing in Bristol

Was wondering if £10 is about right for a 3 bed semi without bays is about right for Bristol or am i pushing my luck?

Yes.

Ex council semi's compact round monthly easy access then £8.50 minimum for new work.

Odd ones here and there in the same road then try for £10.
