Ive never bought or sold a round before, just canvassed my own so im new to this.

500 for nearly 200 p/m seems fair to me.

We've got over a grand a month in stone/barlaston do it'd be a nice add on.

well i am the same, i have never bought or sold, how i was going to do it was write a letter stating the change and specifying a date when you will be coming to clean and your contact details etc. i would prefer payment for giving you the clients as no one will stop as there is no difference in service. if this is ok i would like to crack on with sending out the letter?

Dean all the best, hopefully this works out ok for you, did, say to joe only interested if you didnt go forward with it, though.

Things difficult at minute looking at houses, hopefully dont tread on your toes as weve got some already in stone to do, any probs, i,ll pull back. There is still plenty to go around though, keep picking up odd ones need to swap or move arount to make worth while.
