Hand brush & Fairy
«

Just recently when picking up NEW customers homes that are really dirty...
I find myself wetting the windows wfp, then attacking them with diluted fairy and hand brush (downstairs)
then rinsing.
While Upstairs I wet them then dip wfp in diluted fairy then rinsing
I have not had any problems, and no complaints... No residue or gray streaks that some people say can take two -three cleans to get rid of!
Anyone else do this?

Nope, never have done this.
You need a good brush (Gardiner Pole Systems Superlite is brilliant) and a high flow rate. I've had really minging jobs, and they came up fine.
As for fairy, we are trying to get rid of fairy of the glass, not put some more on.

Interesting!
I always thought that way, yes you can clean the windows well with JUST wfp, and I have, but I have to say it is much, much faster!
As for "residue" none!
It works for me, I like to keep an open mind on these things rather than just going with the flow!
As I've always said...
A parachute works better when it's OPEN!

yes this method was recommended by craig mawlam of ionics on first cleans.
Its also what car cleaners do, use detergents and rinse with pure water.
