agree, i had a similar thing happen to me, i told the custy that if it dryed bad they could have the clean free and id understand if they wanted to find a new cleaner, once id finished oi knocked on the door and he paid and said "ill see you in 4 weeks"  ;D felt good as it was a job id bought from a trad guy.

It's not what you've got, it's how you use it.  :)

WFP is a tool.

The rest is hard work and technique.

Today in the pleasant 10C sunshine I had a look at my second clean windows that had dried within 10 minutes whilst knocking on the door to collect.

Superb shine and spot-free clean. I was chuffed and remembered why I bought the system.  ;D

If they are wood frames in poor condition it may never come up well no matter how good you are at wfp.

Ive taken over a couple of jobs from another wfp guy and the custies were really unsure having them with wfp again , but now they are really impressed ! I think the last guy kept hitting the vents with the brush..

like the other have said its all about knowing how to use it
You can't polish a turd

yeah i did a clean for a custie that was worried when i "sprayed water" on their glass on their first clean, saw them today - "Great! window cleaner is back" said the husband to his wife.. "we were really surprised how clean you got them"  ;D

Be b*ggered if i was going to do all those lead stripped windows of a ladder with a scrim, no wonder i was cheaper than they had been quoted :P

wfp is a great tool if used properly.  ::)

just having a bit of a bad spell with wfp at the moment after nearly a year, there is a couple of skeptical custys mainly due to the fact the house is done a lot quiker, lost the first house ever to a customer who wanted trad because she said the wfp has made a mess of her conservatory and we did her house far too quick, we did her conservatory trad.....   anyhow percentage of skeptical custys is a very small percentage to the happy custys (probably half a percent), just not nice loosing a customer...

me neither pal, wfp has enabled us to get out in high winds when we wouldnt of even humoured it...

we would of been off a lot more if it wasnt for the trusty xtel and freedom trolley..

Wfp doesn't leave smears. Tell him to clean his windows on the inside, or ask to do them for him so he can properly see the difference.

I had a customer say that, I said, please show me the offending window, sure enough lots of smears, but then on the inside, got my mop and squeegee out, cleaned it. Customer embarrassed. Simple as that.

Training your customers is the most important thing about wfp.

throw yourself off your ladders. it's amazing the change in attitude to wfp that will get you ;D
since i started wfp 3 weeks now, i have had to go back on about 5 jobs. the thing is, the streak is pretty much always under the vent. it's just practice, and people are impressed that you go back to fix the prob.
wfp is best choice i made. go for it :D

get the gardners dual trim brush, this will help stop spots and runs as you can rinse on glass

are the bristles soft on this brush and splay on the glass because i hate using hard bristles, feels like its just bouncing over the window...

clean water is only ever on the glass not some bucket that you filled up in the morning and as for being to quick it cost a lot more with wfp than it does with a set of ladders just mention how much youve invested . people like that really p me off they probably dont look at the windows much its just about giving some one else some money to help ther e self esteme , funny i have a sister in law like this. ;D
