In reply to a post about 'nuisance customers' - who, when you ring up the night before for access, say "Can you give it a miss this time" - someone posted an example of a letter they used advising the customer that they (the customer) had been removed from the cleaner's list of 'regular jobs' and had been put on a list of 'on request' or 'by appointment' - this type of work carrying a 'premium rate'.
I thought I had saved it, but apparently not!
