Hi
Sweep with brush
Spray in sections with a cleaner and wipe with cloth or better kitchen towel (hands & knees) work towards the door

Ryan,
If its a large'ish area you can use a pad, neutral cleaner and wet vac or mop.
No need to go onto your hands and knees (unless it's a tiny area) just use a scrub pad on a long pole.
Keep it wet and don't scrub to hard.

Nothing too strong on lino, it doesnt like anything too alkaline.
Ring Forbo Nairn in Scotland they make most of it.
Its NOT the same as vinyl.
