Managed two half days this week. Snow now all gone overnight [not a sign of it} but guess what its now raining, and forecast is a mix of rain, snow and sleet.
Gonna give it a miss apart from a couple of chippies and have a go tomorrow, which is supposed to be ok.
Absolute boredom has set in and ive not enjoyed any of this time off, gettin right under my missus feet.

This looks like it could be our first day off this week, had our first lot of snow through the night, not very deep, more just a covering, but the roads are frozen solid and like ice rinks, temperature outside is still -3 deg.

Luckily we have a load of caravans to clean internally, so I can dish out the pink marigolds and Mr Muscle and set the lads away on those.

Getting fed up now.

I've made less than half the money I need just for my weekly bills, let alone any money for me.

2nd day off for me in Gloucestershire. 6 inches of snow. still snowing. Wouldnt mind another few days of it myself. Off sledging with the kids as soon as it stops coming down . theres more to life than cleaning windows.

As i said before. East Anglia always gets missed.

We have had hardly any snow this week here in Norwich.......feeling  like we are missing out.

We've worked one-and-a-half days this week; made very little money; and spent a small fortune on ruddy DIY stuff.

I've hung a new kitchen ceiling light, changed a light switch, done some painting and put some pannelling up by the stairs in the kitchen and now I'm off to Homebase to get some attic boards to start boarding it out properly.

I always find February the most depressing month of the year!

I've not done a stroke of work this week and the first part of next week looks grim too >:(

I suppose on the positive side I'll be snowed under when the weather improves...

...snowed under...get it?....na ha ha ha ha (I should have been on stage)!

i made a sledge yesterday, we were out on it at 8.00 this morning :)

my daughters school is shut today, it was the 1 of the very few that was open yesterday, though the head said they could stay in school if they wanted or go home, it was a authorized day off, i asked mine and she said " can i stay and play with my friends " fair play to the school, she spent allmost all day outside in the snow , only 8 stayed in her class ( 2 of them her best freinds ) , only came in for hot chocolate and snacks ;)

i need to tweek the sledge though, will fit plasitic strips on the bottom aswell
