I have a twin 4040, powered by a grundfos booster pump.I normally run it around 85psi = 500ltrs an hourIf I'm in a rush I can up the pressure to 150psi which gives me around 800ltrs an hr @ 001ppmDidn't cost anything like the Ultra whatever it is - £3850 + VAT??Mine was less than half that.
hard to believe that ultra pure system takes only 2 hours to fill 1000ltr tank and you dont change any fillters for 40.000 ltrs .
[It runs on twin 20" RO membranes. The 500 litres per hour quoted is the nominal rating of the membranes under laboratory optimum conditions with 25 degree water temperature. You will never achieve this in general working conditions in the UK. The actual production rate would be nearer to 150-200 litres per hour. Whilst this is still a good production rate it is hardly the headline figure advertised.
for ordany window cleaners it a lot of cash how many one or to man bands use so much water now OCS wood benitfit but ordenry window cleaners i dont think so 4K is with out poles hose ex
A few window cleaners who live in flats with now storage space or access also use them - they have the machine in cuboard and fill the van with a hose out of the window!
