Jobs booked in
« on: February 02, 2009, 10:46:28 am »
Hi guys i've got lots of first cleans booked in for today and 2moro, Is it best to phone them and say i can't come cus of the weather or just turn up when weather is better?
Worried cus i've only just started up and don't want to let custies down. I'd told them the days i was coming so they can leave there gates open etc.
Is it best to phone every custie and apologise and make new date with them? ??? ???

Turn up, see if you can do it first. Unless you get stuck in the snow and then phone them.

You can then speak to them face to face about re scheduling.

I would give them a call and tell them you will be with them at the first window of opportunity. I agree with others that they would not expect you in this weather but it's good to communicate with your customers and offer good customer service by keeping them in the picture and I'm certain all will appreciate the call.
All the best

Steve
