not sure if any of yous have had this problem but a few window cleaners who i know and also me have had people out collecting our money in. a few of my customers have told them to get lost but also some have paid. so watch out there always a con man round the corner. av had to tell my customer just to pay me only.

havnt had this happen to me so far but have warned all my customers if anyone comes and does the windows or tries to collect tell them they only ever pay me and if i was to send someone else they would carry my photo id with them as proof they are acting on my behalf its them they are conning and i would expect to be paid still

Had a dodgy guy collect from one of my customers. Pushing a pram, holding a book. Said I'd sent him. Stupid cust. didn't even ask what the window cleaner was called. I said 'Sorry but you've been had'
I always tell my customers I'll collect myself.
