How much do you lot pay for Public Liability Insurance.

I pay £190 a year with AXA but i think this is a bit steep due to hearing that some on here are paying around £80-£100.

A lot depends on the type of cover you want.  If you want 1 million without the item being worked on then I think £100 is still achievable.  I was paying around that until about three years ago anyway.
These days I pay much more because I have a tools cover bundled in with it.  Also, there are a couple of jobs where it would be very expensive to replace a particular unit so I now cover the item (misleadingly referred to as "property" by insurers) being worked on.  The excess goes up for that though.  I pay about £400 all in for 2 million, item worked on, and tools cover.

280 for item being worked on and fully comp, tools etc but only 1 mill for now.....best quote i got though?

Just paid £106 with AXA two million cover. It covers items worked on (cleaning gutters and windows) £250 excess.

5 mill / 10 mill
£363 with simply business
includes property being worked on
250 excess
I am well happy with that

No tool cover though, even so i thought it was pretty reasonable.

A plan through MMA I think. £2 mill, no cover for what working on. Windows and gutter vac. £90 something.

I get from insuredrisks.co.uk £2m cover for £70. Doesn't cover for glass worked on.
