I squirt TFR over the finials and leave to soak for 5 minutes and charge roughly £80.00 for a 8 x 8 including roof and gutters, hate doing roofs with the fancy bits so I charge well for them, besides £80.00 a few times a year aint that bad for customers,I can charge alot more depending on the algae build up.

To give a proper clean use conservatory roof ladders, that way all the finials can be done properly as well as under the finial housing.

The Finials are normally the single pointed things.
The Crest is the fancy (hard to get the green out of) long length.

They are but to do a real proper job you`ll need em,as said to do the finals and the crests you`ll spend ages doing 1 with just the pole.I`m getting a set within the next month or so there about £450 with delivery and vat.

Yes same here.. Im ordering mine today. Ive got loads of cons roof cleans to be doing over the next few weeks, and although i dont have a problem with some finials some are a right bugg*r to clean, even more so if they are not that well fitted in the first place and you knock it off.. nearly done that before, lucky the customer said he had already knocked it off the year before when "trying" to clean the roof.
