has anyone come across this problem we have had three complaints spread over a couple of years when we clean new windows the glass seems to end up scratched, we use ionics brushes any clues as to reasons we have checked the brushes and they are free of grit and dirt?

check back a few pages, read a post mabie 2 days ago about this, there was a link to an article explaining that the manufacturers are to blame for leaving stuff on the glass.
