disagree there. if for example you had 100 customers at £10 per clean.    increased them by 10%= £1100.      if you lost 10% would equate to £990 per clean . which means you are down £10 on your original figures. granted you have 10 less customers , but you wont get them back. so really no better off, apart from less work. just my thought.

not increasing prices feel it would be financial suicide in the present
climate will concentrate ongetting better paid work rather thanstinging

Should have said, SOME of my prices are going up, I too do not wish to lose my best customers!
The "not so well priced" will be going up, regardless of whether I lose them or not!
Hope that cleared that up! ::)

are you wfp, can you offer them a better service, some wfp only do the glass, and charge extra for cleaning garage doors frames, front and back door ect, if you can offer something more than they already get,as part of your standard clean,  they will see the benefit and pay any extra glady,

Its always prudent to put up prices when they are flush aaaaaand in a spending mood.E G Chrismas or summer when all are happy and off to holiday and dont want to spoil it with a argument. Just after pay day  or bonus time when the have got money. They Feb is bad because we are paying for Chrismass excesses.
