disagree there. if for example you had 100 customers at £10 per clean. increased them by 10%= £1100. if you lost 10% would equate to £990 per clean . which means you are down £10 on your original figures. granted you have 10 less customers , but you wont get them back. so really no better off, apart from less work. just my thought.
