I reacon that over 95% of my customers have these type of signs, yet they still "brought" from me. Why? because I am offering them a simple service, also the majority have been looking for a relible window cleaner for ages, yet they cannot find one.

Some good points mentioned here but for me personaly as I said before I would knock every house regardless of what sign they had in their window. Every house is a potential custumer in my opinion.
