30' pole will do that comfortably 24' would probably reach but you may have to stand too close to the building

If the picture wasn't blurred, you could count the courses of brickwork and use that as a rough guide - allowing for the diagonal and your reach of course.. 4 courses to the foot.

Personally I would take a 35ft pole along to do that job. I would allow yourself 6-7 hours to do the job. So whatever your hourly rate is multiply it by 6-7 for the price you will charge.

my 31ft pole would reach easliy but 24 foot would struggle
600 litre would do it but would be tight,unless you have varistream and have it turned down it will be plenty
I would quote a day rate for the 1st clean as theres a lot of frame work to clean between each window
i would quote half a day on a monthly basis
