meticulous clientel

So Just wondered how many of you have meticulous, fussy clients.

If so do you charge extra. We had a quote a while ago, I knew they were meticulous as when we went to quote... they wanted new cleaners. Said they were not cleaning that well.

However when I looked round, skirting, floor, shelves, stairwell, Glass walls the lot blooming spotless.

I actually felt sorry for the cleaners already there..including the existing contractor I of course informed them bout Tupe but thats not what this topic is about.

So I over priced by 55% blooming got the job... Dont know if its a good thing or not.

lol we all get them!

You will probably find that the change is more to do with the relationship between the client and the other company, I have got clients that like you when I went to quote they moaned about the cleaning and the place was spotless only to discover after getting the job that it was just about 'they never cleaned the fridge'!  or something equally mad.

You have factored extra into your quote use this time not on cleaning but on customer relations and you'll find the contract will settle.
