Seriously though, you can cut your bill in half or even better with rainwater harvesting, re-cycling waste water, and minimising wastage on the job.

i have swwa coming around in feb , to hopefully fit a meter to my outside tap. hence i wont pay the sewerage charge on water i use for window cleanin
