Clinton,
No, I only ever used the bits of it that I felt I needed, and I still use those bits, after all its not as though I was a new start up when I did it. To have gone into it more, would have meant changing just about everything that I had been doing for over 20 years, and I didnt need to do that as I have a very good database of customers who will pay a good price for quality work, but probably not as much as what Colin charges. I would say for someone new to this business, or someone struggling to earn a decent wage, but was prepared to risk losing a lot of low paying customers, then doing the FT or whatever its now called could only be a positive move. However if you are such a person, to gain the most benefit, like Colin did, you have to go the whole hogg with it. Its no good being half hearted about it, you have top really go with it. On the other hand if you are like I was, by doing the FT and following the stratergies that you pick out, your business can only benefit, as mine did.
