I don't understand either the big secret of not giving out an email address. When you do start up (if) all your invoices, quotes, letterheads, leaflets should have this information on - a lot more people will have this info than on this forum. We all get junk emails just delete them! Not a very positive attitude towards people you want help from. We've to share all our private information with you and your not even happy to share your email address

This bloke has not come on here to take heed of any advice, he's got his own ideas set in stone and is obviously set to fail. Nobody can get on here without registering so who's going to send you e mails unless its relavant to the forum subject ? He'll be the only cleaning firm trading like batman - you can't contact him but he springs up from nowhere when you most need him I know he won't be flooding the market with a e book on the 12 killer marketing tactics. He won't even need to write a "contact us " page on his website
