Just got a website but don't know much about how to promote it apart from obviously putting it on the ads and business cards.
What exactly is search engine optimisation, I know what it means from the wording but how do you go about it.
Also what exactly is hosting.

I mean on a homepage, looking at Google Analytics and it seemed high ie over 50% and was wondering what other CC were getting.

This is traffic from organic searches.

Rab when my back went and then eventually got better I would walk like an old man my Dr said it was pain memory and I should wear an elastic belt under my trousers/shirt so it would make me stand tall and give me confidence, they were wise words I think I got mine form ebay.
