hello all.
im puttin a web site together, but im a little concerned i may come across too hard,i must get away from the "bouncer" image/attitude.
do any of you state on your sites what will happen to customers that dont pay?
such as,if they dont pay for the service after their 2nd clean they wont get a third freebe <obviously i wouldnt word it quite so abruptly> or do you just not go back?

You should always ask the man of the house for payment, he is more likely to pay up. Its embarassing getting beat up by a woman. ;)
