I am looking for someone to come and price up some work and carry out asap in Plymouth
You will need to have an ipaf license and cherry picker hire for 3 days and all the necessary insurances which will need to be checked.
Some work will be wfp and then 3 days on the cherry picker

This could be ongoing on a quartlery basis

Just spoke to Phil at Supreme Clean.

M-CLEAN UK will bow out of offering services to assist Phil for these works as there could be a conflict of interest.

Phil is looking for an IPAF licensed window cleaner and it sounds like a cracking little contract.

Wait a minute here , this is my sub contract , not happy Phil .
I have been waiting since about November to be given the go ahead for the next quarterly clean , due to your fall out with the client , where payments were held from you .
I admit that you rang me last week to arrange said clean , but as said in my voicemail to you at 5 P.M , i am suffering with a knee infection and a possible hernia , then i find out that you have already offered the contract up some 4 hours prior !
Well if this is the way you do business my friend , then good luck in finding some other mug who will be expected to wait the usual 3 months for payment , when i might add that it is supposed to be a  30 day turnaround for payment .

Anybody interested still , by the way , there is a lot more to this story than any of you will be getting told by Phil , cant go into too much detail as i still have MY finger in the pie..............

P.S  The money isnt great either , it is for Phil , but not you !

I need to clarify a few points

Now I rang you 2 weeks ago with reference to the windows and at that point you were able to do them which is fair enough .Now since then until last night I hadnt heard anything from you. I understand your situation but at the end of the day the contract still needs doing and as you know I am not a window cleaner!!!
Now I will admit payments from the client were slow but this DID NOT affect your payments from me and you have BEEN PAID WITHOUT FAIL for the work carried out over the last 2 years. I have said on more than one occasion that I wanted someone to do the windows themselves ie provide cherry picker / driver. i have also given you the opportunity to take this on yourself.
So what I am supposed to do?
You have said that you cant do it for 2-3 weeks but they need doing within the next 2 weeks?
Any suggestions?
Hmmmmmm money not great then why have you been happy to do it........

I have been doing it for the money , plain and simple .
The money isnt that good is it , you seem to forget , when you offered me the contract for myself you gave me all the figures .
This was indeed good of you , but however , by the time i paid you what you wanted for the contract , it would have meant me cleaning the project 2 times for £90 !
Now correct me if im wrong , but £90 for 12 days work on my own does not sound like a bargain to me .
I know thats the risk of business but i am not a total mug .

As for the been waiting on me for 2 weeks , thats fair enough , i have had problems as you know , you yourself have time off due to your family circumstances .

I have in the past bent over backwards to get the job done for you , coming down there at the drop of a hat , stopping what i was doing to do work for you .

Now , the payment part , i have always been paid , this is correct , there was the time it took 3 months to see my money , and the time it was paid half in one month and half the next , your reasoning for this was "sorry but if they dont pay me , i cant pay you "

I cannot run my business like that Phil !

Good luck with finding another cleaner , no hard feelings mate .

Well , having at last answered my phone to Phil , i have come to the conclusion that the man is a tool  

The matter is now sorted , and all differences have been laid to rest , the problems will be ironed out , and any heat of the moment digs have been withdrawn .

I can therefore assume that the contract is no longer available.

See , he is not really a bad man like i made out , and there is nothing like a lovers tiff to get things in the open !

No no no , that would have been the profit after paying for the remainder of the current contract plus cherry picker and driver ,
If the contract was a definate ongoing thing i would have done it yes , but as we know in this day and age no contract is a sure thing when coming up for renewal , cost cutting and the big national companies can ruin your day !
