Cleaning Garage doors

We clean Garage doors for some customers, but so far it has not become a popular addition to our services.
I am surprised at this, as the difference can be quite dramatic. I am thinking of pushing this service this year, anyone doing alot of this ?

i dropped a leaflet to all my existing customers, saying...
As an addition to our services, we are now cleaning garage doors ,as we have found wfp provides excellent results, if you would like your garage door cleaning on our next visit, please let me know when you forward your cheque or call.xxxxxxx the price will be £2........
nearly everyone took this offer, it was ,, in my opinion one way of putting my prices up... and it literally takes one minute to clean.

I am glad to hear that you got such a good response. Looks like a good way of justifying a price increase at the moment.
I have mainly done these free for those customers that make me a cup of tea on a regular basis.
Sometimes when I have been asked to do them then I have charged £5.00 for a first clean on double garage doors, as these can take quite a while to clean the first time. Then £2.00 afterwards.

If I clean their windows I clean their garage doors at no extra charge as I believe you need to be able to offer extra to your clients to keep you ahead of the competition. Once theve had there first clean (which can take longer if dirty) from the second clean on they take virtually no time at all.

Yes,
I also clean them free of charge, brings the whole house to life and I always get new customers as they are twitching the curtains watching you from across the road,on regular cleans it's a breeze,10 second job!

If you have a bucket close you can dip your brush in and rinse it out.
