HOW DO YOU GUYS GET ON WHEN THERES A FLAT ROOF BELOW AN UPSTAIRS WINDOW AND ITS STOPS YOU REACHING IT WITH WFP,HAD ONE TODAY AND EXPLAINED TO CUSTIE THAT I CANNOT GET TO IT,HE WAS FINE ABOUT THIS,HOW DO YOU FOLKS DEAL WITH THIS,DONT LIKE LEAVING WINDOWS BUT AT THE SAME TIME DONT WANT TO BE CLIMBING ON ANY ROOFS AS AM NOW TOTALLY LADDERLESS.HOW MANY OF YOU MISS WINDOWS LIKE THIS?

Either a long light pole extended horizontally, or if that's not gonna work then a set of ladders to get on the roof and clean the windows by hand.

Same here but i dont do it by hand i use the pole

Sometimes you can get to them from the side.

But I am totally ladderless and I have two properties which have one window each inaccessible with a pole.

However I consol myself with the dozens more I can now do over conservatories, porches etc.

its the Slx, I think she means the windows that are down the side of the house that are above the garage, I have a slx and I still cant reach them as very awkward so i explain this in the price.

Chris is right, it is the SL-X at 25ft.  I find these days that rather than trying to struggle from the side of a flat roof, it's best to stand in front of it with a longer pole.  Of course, there are always going to be windows that are almost impossible to reach.  On the odd occasion that this happens I just explain that I won't be doing them.
