thinking of getting some more leaflets done,and was thinking of putting average prices for 2,3 and 4 bedroom houses on ,anyone else do this?

yes. i find i get a much better response.most people like a rough idea of what to expect to pay before they phone you. imo.

And also some people can say oh its cheaper then what im already paying, this has been asked before and there where mixed reviews, theres a company around my way who did this and there not very liked by other wc in the area because of it.

works both ways.... you may be more expensive than others... hence not getting more work... and at the same time giving yourself a reputation as being expensive, without actually getting jobs, or showing them why you are dearer than the rest.

each house has to be a different price surely anyway, unless you are wandering around the back and quoting whilst delivering leaflets, which i dont think you would.

The only other possible thing, would be to say... PRICES FROM......... and put your minimum down on the leaflet.

but i would leave pricing alone until the phone rings.  ;)
