need to know how your ro is doing before going thru the di. to work anything out you always need to know the minor details - break the things down to find out what not performing (analytically  ::) not breaking up your gear!  :o)

Its easier for others to help then..

Also what RO kit do you have? Whats your tap pressure?

I would say your IN reading is a bit high, but if you changed your DI the water you are using on the window will be 0ppm, so you will not be cleaning with the 11ppm.

You say the reading after RO is 13ppm, and the reading after DI is 11ppm, so your DI is not working properly, or the resin needs changed.

What sort of RO is it the 40"?

new ro membranes need time to flush through. most ro's have between 95-98% rejection rate, so take you tap tds reading minus the 95-98% and you should get your output tds of the ro. If the resin you have is new then as stated the tds should be zero, do you have the di canister the wrong way round, as they have an in and an out, getting them wrong would result in the problem you have here. hth,
