Coffee stain
« on: March 15, 2005, 02:48:43 pm »
80/20 carpet. Coffee spilled and wiped up but still badly stained.
Have tried and failed to remove and advised to claim on house insurance. I do not believe this stain is removable but would love to be proved wrong.

But common sense tells me the extraction cleaning has to be the most efficient way to clean a carpet.
Anyone like to comment?

Hi

maybe your system is not the most efficient after all?

maybe the stain has been set?

maybe is was set when it went in?

maybe it reacted with something alraedy in the carpet?

Maybe...

Blighty, what have you tried so far?

i usually can get coffee out ( if I can be bothered & the customers willing to pay extra for the extra time ;) )
