Tried it out on the insides of a block of flats today. Quite impressed with the small amount of solution needed. I carried a bottle with me and just squirted a line along the applicator every now and again. It's not a miracle tool - you still get the same problems as any other squeegie but it does save time and effort swapping between tools.

For awkward windows at angles and over conservatories i find it really useful, getting the flipper into the right position over the blade can be the only pain, but with practice it gets easier. Not had mine long but i feel comfortable with it now.

There is a definate art to using one, i haven't mastered it yet. Feels very natural on a pole but a bit cumbersome by hand. It's quite hard to get the pad in the right position to wet the glass. I haven't worked out how to stop dragging the soap down from under the top frame at height yet. If the frame is deep then the blade tends to squash the pad at the bottom of a stroke too.
