What is the tds coming out of RO?

You may get better performance by upgrading to 300gpd by getting a kit to fit another membrane.

if its set up corret then it should be alot lower reading maybe 6 or 13 at most. i had a 200 gpd ro from purefredom an had the same problem i was using far to much resin so eventually i managed to get them to replace the membraines , then my reading was 9 or 13 from tap water tds of 300.
Give them a call

adding another membraine will increase the amount of water you can make a day, not lower the tds reading, i would find out why the membraines you have already aren't working efficiently

You will get around 1200 - 2000 litres with a ten inch di vessel. At 25 after r/o your di vessel is probably too small. You need at least a 11l+ di vessel with that TDS level.

Should think so mate,

100gpd extra is 450ltrs per day,

I know it doesnt work out exactly like that but im sure the 100gpd add on will improve production greatly.

Yes!

Also it might be worth considering upgrading your DI vessel, those 700ml ones that you have a close to useless after about 500  litres.

Theres a few people on e-bay that sell much bigger ones, 7/11/15 litre ones. Two 7 litre ones side by side will use the resin much more efficiently. Its all well and good to say your resin will bring 2000 litres of water out of your RO unit with a TDS OF 9 down to 0 but that wont happen in reality with a 700ml unit.
