Does he do the actual design work or just the confirming it ok to be printed and make slight changes to fit for free?

170 gsm matt laminate. i used to work in print mate so know quality's and finish's and these are top notch for the cash. you don't need any thicker than that

Sometimes the thinner flyers can end up scrunched after going thru the letter box.

Card ones look and feel nice when being picked up off the floor as less likely to be folded, scrunched up etc. I look at it as First impressions count.

a matt laminate or any fine laminate doesn't scrunch up unless your forcing it through the letter box. a 250 isn't that thick. it will still fold if forced. as in terms of first impressions. that is my middle name! ;) ;D

Most of the letter box's i deliver to have thick draft excluder's (the brush type), and its quite hard to push thru thinner leaflets. The thicker ones allow for a easier glide thru.

But thats my findings, we all have our own  ;)
