ive got two offers on the table mate 1- at £1250 from lad from lincolnshire and £1400 from local lad but no ones come up with the actual cash yet so still available

yes includes single RO unit

 £1250  was the asking price 8 posts below this one i offered you £1250 (bankers draft ) but i cannot collect till next saturday as you will only deal with cash 
you said that you had been offered £1400 (probably expecting me to offer you more)  and  asked me to email you next friday to see if you still had it

i said ill buy elswhere  as i need a new system sorting for next saturday

im not being funny but if it is advertised on here for £1250 you should take £1250  for  it or at least say it is advertised elsewhere)



im not interested now as i said im going to buy a new system

i dont know you from Adam mate and you dont know me - i dont think!

would you agree to sell something of this value to a stranger who lives 100 miles away who cant collect it for a week and doesnt offer a deposit and only offers to pay with a cheque (bankers drafts are still cheques, just a different type, and can be faked as well)

i am sure you must be aware of the principle that governs this kind of selling - that its only sold when the deal is done, ie- a definite price agreed by both parties and money exchanged either as a deposit or the whole amount and the item is collected.

i have sold my other van and system in this manner and the buyer from anyclean seems very professional and understands this principle - we agreed a price he has signed and faxed back confirmation, i detailed in writing exactly what was included and faxed that to him, and he has paid into my bank a 10% cash deposit until the exchange of goods and money.
surely this is the way to do business wouldnt you agree?

IF you had asked i could have paid the full £1250 or a hefty deposit into your bank account in an instant but you didnt ask!!

like i said you asked for £1250 (a definite price you would say) i offered £1250 and you tried to up the ante

as for finding a buyer i will buy from somebody who is reputable!!
