I am just taking on my first employee on a full time PAYE basis.

Does anybody have a contract of employment I could have a look at / use please?

Thanks

Kevin,

The contract of employment on the Business Link website is as good as any for general purposes, it allows you to put in your specific terms regarding holiday, sick pay, etc, etc.

Kevin it might be worth looking at a zero hours contract. Base fixed hours at say 16 !? , I to am looking at taking some on this year and a little look at the different ways to employ and this way seems to be the best if you every have a lil slow period
