alrite guys as u may well know iv not quite cracked the commercial market but startin to make a breakthrough!!

had an urgent call today to go and price this building its not a new build but there been building work going on as the new company are moving in and making changes there so suppose it is a builder clean.

all in all there are
62 windows approx 2ft x 2ft
16 internal screen varying from 8ft x 3ft - 8ft x 4ft
3 large mirror in toilets and lift

the quote is for internal and external and works to commence within 48 hours and also need price for regular cleans cheers all your help would be appreciated

£65 thereafter?

thats for outside only though and a fair price i think.

I'd stick to the £1 a metre, just makes it easy. 1 window in+out £2

I'd want £200 for first clean, they may not be able to get someone at short notice and the screens will take a while especially if there are new carpets fitted, I took a large dust sheet with me on one similar to that and was glad I did.

Yea they asked me too, I told them £85.00 first clean in and out and £45.00 thereafter on a bi-monthly basis

Do you have to clean that van too? Its dirrty! if so add an extra £30

its alright putting on prices, but make sure the picture doesnt give the building away

il try and arrange about 3 or 4 gutter jobs on for the day yous come down n not tell u n il pretend to let u have a practice on "my families" houses but really get paid for them whilst gettin u lot to do the work!!!
