there is a management company who run it call peveral I think, the do go for the cheapistbquote I think or have done on my experience.

Mcarthy & Stone build the retirement homes, therefore organise the builders cleans, then after people have moved in Peveral do the ongoing maintenance package, we do loads of them.

Its Peveral mate i do 4 of theres local to mine. Mind you it aint easy getting on there approved contracts list
