Is it possible to add inlet and outlet to a pre made tank, or would it be best to get it made specially?

I want 2 inlet and 2 outlet.. currently my tank only has 1 outlet. and a removable screw top.

You can easily add an outlet to a pre-made tank. Go into a plumbers merchants and ask for a tank bulkhead fitting. They will have them in many sizes. Or you can use a John Guest bulkhead fitting, with the addition of a couple of rubber O rings.
