who do you ask for invoice help wording your terms?

hi im wondering who you guys ask for help with wording your terms etc

like payment times and all the legal side of stuff?

i have just basic computer printed ones i do myself with no terms on . need to get more profesiional ones with my terms and stuff on? ???
