the thomas cook I did, changed from going places about 6 months ago. Its hard to keep up with travel agents, they are forever changing, lunn poly is now thompson, travel world became going places. and they never bother to tell suppliers!!!
Thomas cook bought going places. I know because my sister works for them.

Just for the record thomas cook uses a company called CAPS LTD.They are a national cleaning company. Thomas cook bought out going places a while ago and will now start using caps to clean their windows. i know this becuse i do all of caps contracts in my area and have just had notification to clean 3 more thomas cook/going places stores. Hope this helps.

All i can say for boots is that i clean about 8 in my area for caps but theres 3 that i don't clean. Think boots are split between 2 seperate contractors but not 100% sure.

Thanks but believe me it's not all as it seems.
We sub contract for about 5 different national companys but there is no loyalty from them. They will pick up  and drop you as it suits them. Luckily We also have quite a lot of our own direct work. But all said and done you just can't beat domestic custys. The money is always paid on time and you get the odd cuppa ;D. We nearly made the biggest mistake ever by going commercial custys only could of been a huge mistake given the current financial climate. by the way website is well out of date been going 5 years now. Cheers
