I recieved a email from a customer of theres trying to get hold of them.

The email I recieved, did make me chuckle and i bet you know at what bit.

I live in Horley, Surrey. A few months ago I had my windows cleaned by a company which used poles. They were called RWC. They were supposed to come every 6 weeks, but I only saw them once. I am trying to contact them because I was happy with the job they did, and I want them to continue. I cannot find their telephone number, and yours is the only company on the web I can find with "RWC" in the title. Can you help?

I emailed him back that i didnt know this company but surprised he would like a company back that was so unreliable, i wished him luck and told him that if he needed help to find a w/c then I would be more then happy to find someone.

There has been an outfit in East Grinstead going by that name.  They don't really publicise the name though.  I remember it because I thought it was you at first.  Some guy from them cold called mew to see if I wanted to buy work.  Can't put my finger on it but something just didn't feel quite right.
