My advice would be to go for a bigger van
Expert,Dispatch,Scudo size minimum.
I run a couple of Dispatch's and a Berlingo
The Berlingo has a 400 tank and usually has to return to base
to refill within a working day.
Pain in the back side as well as time consuming which equals less ££'s
Trust me go bigger ,you will regret it later on.

my brother drives a kangoo its an older one and has had a few expensive problems with it even though there generally cheaper to buy than the berlingo. i myself drive a berlingo and have had no problems with it at all good miles per gallon and also pretty nippy for a van its a 2.0hdi, if it is a small van your after i personally would go for the ford transit connect

Presently on my second Kangoo Deisel.

Both used to be Gasmen in former lives.

Had 3 year old "S" Reg first, only problem was with the thermostat.

Couldn't get the heater to work in the cab.

Got local small repair garage to replace it [70 quid total] all OK after that.

Now on 3 year old "51" reg, had broken accelerator cable 18 months ago, and had to get "AA" to tow me to the same garage as before.

Also had leak somewhere around the top of the windscreen, but only when it really hammers it down with rain.

May not be original 'screen, of course...put some clear silicone sealer round it - no more leaks

Only problem I have found with mine was water leaking in from the roof rack holes...
Water would build up underneath the plastic hood, and then empty itself in my lap.
Silicone sealer in before screws... no more leaks!
