I make my own with Microsoft Publisher. They are in A4, but not in pad form.

Advantage is that I can change the wording from time to time.

With commercial clients, customer gets a hard copy, I keep one on the computer. I use the reverse of invoices to promote my range of services, and tips on stain removal.

I just use local printers, though I have just used printing.com to do some flyers for our cycle hire business and they were very good and very quick.
