Granite floor tiles polishing- sub work
« on: November 26, 2008, 02:18:07 pm »
I have a builders clean to carry out and they want the granite floor tiles in the entrance polished, the area is about 20ft x 10ft, some of the tiles are new and some are old so different colour, if they have the same tile could these be polished up to match?

Is there anyone near Burgess Hill who wants to put a quote in?

or give a rough estimate per metre

If you want them to look the same you will have to get someone who specialises in diamond grinding to do this and it wont be cheap due to the granite being so hard and it wears the diamonds very quickly. I have a number of a guy who does this but he is in the midlands. Go to www.tikkoproducts.co.uk and you want G20 polishing liquid and you could use G20 powder you could try these with a polishing machine. Any more info let me know.   Andrew
