Well had a great holiday in Eygpt the weather was hot and lovely to do nothing for a week. Spent to much as all ways all in all well worth it.

Until we get home that is , some nasty person who must need my money has done credit fraud on our switch cards and been christmas shoping. They spent £300.00 in Tescos £279.00 sport shop £30.00 o2 shop and it don't stop there!
Lucky the bank picked up on it seeing  that large amounts where being spent on the mainland, we live on the isle of wight they stopped the switch cards so as no more good be spent.
The bank said we should get the money back which is a relief. But when we asked how this happend they seem to think that there is a number of ways to do this which is a bit of a joke.

a while ago i got hit by cedit card fraud, only found out on off chance,

phoned credit card company up ( thought i had lost card , but found it later )

any way, when i phoned i was informed someone had changed my address,
to make matters worse they spent £6000 on a plasma tv.

i was furious ,but coukld get no joy on phone ( call centre in india)

i sorted it in the end , had to report to police ,

needless to say , i do not use them any more,closed down account , and made sure it could not be reopened,

Natwest picked up on it while we where away sunning ourselfs. Clad they did as it can get out of control , they just spend spend spend. One week and they have tried to take a months wages but it got stopped, thank God !

paying for things over the phone and online are the likely causes

i allways use a " prepaid credit card " you load them up at PAYPOINTS and then you spend the money, they can only spend how much you have loaded onto it, if you dont load any, they cannot rip you off anything

I run Avast and it's been going crazey. But i would agree normaly with a bit excesive....
But After this happening for a few hours work make me feel better.

i had bad shock last muth waslt in eygpt on the niale cruse lad rang to say theyed had a fire , wife are you all ok anser yes lad  did you put it out lad no but the fire men did  , lucky it wosent to bad

  I have been hit by this twice, the second time on the re-issued card when it was 3 days old and had never been used!

  Always watch on your statements for payments to mobile phone providers, they are usually for top-ups tp pay as you go phones first as a test, that way they cannot be traced if it goes wrong.

I had £430 taken to pay for late night booze and fAgs delivery and another £198 taken to pay for dvd's. 

Bank paid us back about 2 weeks after I reported it.

  The second time we were done was for £1600 of plumbing supplies, I got hold of the company who cancelled the order, but it stilltook 2 months to get our money back because the police got involved as they had a delivery address - don't know the outcome though.
