Is there such a thing that can be used whilst at work (headphone style) Digital so you dont get fade and interference whilst moving around?

Models and price guide roughly?

Hi,

My reply does not help much, but I was thinking the same. The radio on my phone is good most of the time & very bad some of the time. Personal digital radio on ebay would be my next move.

I've got one. Its a Pure Pocketdab 1500 and its got fm radio as well. When its in digital mode the sound is very clear but occasionally you lose the signal for a few seconds. Very annoying when you are listening to Jeremy Vine and you miss peoples arguments!! therefore I listen to it in FM which isnt bad, There is a constant slight hissing in the background (on FM) but still good.
I paid £30 on gumtree website (2nd hand) but I believe they are about £60in argos? Would check but Im off to the pub in a second   ;D
Im hoping that in time digital signal will get stronger and it will improve....

thats the problem with digital radio am afraid you either get the signal or not at all same as digital tv.

The antenna is not the best as your using a walkman as such picking up the signal from the transmitter is not going to be the best, as above says FM a little background hiss but reasonable.
