they are thinking too big, they want to expand into other things, trouble is, i joined because they specialise in carpet & upholstery cleaning, and if they start to get greedy taking all sorts on boared, then i dont think i will carry on being a member!

Great idea by the NCCA perhaps a nonmember one could be done the idea is to generate more members and more input.

Perhaps the NCCA may ask Mike Boxxall if they could put it on here for free.

iI they change the name i wont be rejoining, i have had 150,000 flyers printed with ncca on them, my van is sign written with it, not to mention 2000 business cards, all my stationary, carpet surveys, reciepts, invoices sales letters, discount vouchers, xmas & gift cards, shall i go on & on, thousands of pounds worth.

The fact that i have had just one referral from the ncca in the last year, 99% of my clients have never heard of them,
this on its own means that the current name is obviously not known, how long will it take for a new name to be known??

If the ncca wants to attract new members thats all very well, but they need to think about the businesses that have kept them in business over the past years!!!
